Needing a change

Post by forthbridge »

Hey guys

hope this is the correct list for this... can anyone point me in the direction of any decent freeware bizjets, and or skins for the default learjet and Baron/King air?

Apart from the obvious CB stuff, I like to potter in the POSKY BBJ, but I feel the need for some smaller, fast stuff that's at least better looking than the default offerings :)

Hi Jim..

CLS make this little tinker.. https://www.commerciallevel.com/webshop ... 37&groep=2

No idea if it's any good or not. You might find some Bizjets over at Aerosoft too *-)

How about the still amazing (imho) freeware Falcon 50 by Yannick Lavigne, Fred Banting, and Rob Young. Originally designed for FS2002 but updated for FS2004. A Classic!

Personally I like Milton Shupes AeroCommander -- not a jet but beautiful to behold and fly --

There are also the Venezulan Lear , Citation and AC690

of course (wicked grin) if you dont mind flying something fictional but fast and a lot of fun ---

There is always this which is tucked away in a dark corner of the Ponds Hangar

Bonjour les gars!

Thanks to Brian, I've installed the Falcon 50, and I must say I'm impressed. Small and fast, I can go for short hops, and it's got a decent range as well.
fantastique!

I'm glad you like the Falcon, Jim. :) Nick, unfortunately the VC is not fully functional. You can basically fiddle with the knobs on the primary flight instruments and also set the clock. The other switches (and even the icons) are just textured into the VC. Still a handsome aircraft. :agree:

Cor, wot a lovely picture, Jim! Nice looking little jet, that. And I like the look of the Aero Commander as well. I'll earmark those for when the bad weather sets in and my FS season starts in earnest

Thanks for the pointers.

Ian :)
