I wish I could render as well as you :-(

My scenary is never as sharp and smooth as that.....either blurred or pixelated :'(

It's a pain where pinstripes are involved..some are only a pixel or two wide, to try and get an angle that shows them clean. :worried:

Those screenies were taken in my Classic installation. For both that and the VFR (Visual Flight) one I use YAFSS, to capture the full 1440 x 900 screen. I then use IrfanView to resize and sharpen the pics - 1024 wide for the Visual Flight forum, 900 for CalClassic, 800 for CBFS, preserving the aspect ratio. The graphics card is a 256MB Radeon, and it seems to be on its last legs. In the Classic install (about half the size of the VFR one) I use the Silver Wings textures and everything from CalClassic. In the 'modern' VFR one I have the Visual Flight scenery and mesh for the UK, heaps of WoAI, and all sorts of other goodies further afield; there is even photographic evidence from that of me using a vacuum cleaner - Benoit Gauriant's lovely Caravelle at the equally lovely siamavsim Suvarnabhumi (Bangkok) airport. I have also been seen there in the DM VC10 - anachronistic for sure, but both planes fitted in perfectly. :)

Keep Well

I don't get any problem with screenshots losing quility, it's just that my FS is not rendered that well in the first place :-(

There has been a great improvement though since nHancer has been removed after corrupting my system.''''well there are still a few corruptions and nHancer has left bits behind :@

Still not as good as think it should be though :'(

Sorry chasps
I have at Tonys request pulled the Dc4 paint -- he will correct and reupload it soon -- BTW Emfrat - Aer Turas operated at least four different Dc4s over the year NONE of them ever wore the same paint -- the two earlier ones were purchased from Italy and we not painted in full Aer Turas colours....the striped tails were late 60s early 70s and the Hockey Stick was the last paint ARS wore. Come to think of it -- I only ever saw TWO Aer Turas aircraft in one place at one time -- ARS and their second (or third) Dc7 which ran off the runway at Luton in 1973ish.

That's great news Tony - something I have been hoping for for ages. I tried some painting once but soon became convinced I couldn't paint a bull's a**e with a barn door, or words to that effect. :-(
Your workrate is amazing, and all top quality too.
