I wondered where the flurry of new visitors had come from... :worried:

Hope you find at least something there of use!

Cheers,

Thanks Ben - I've actually been around here for a while, visiting and lurking, but haven't posted.

What is quite interesting (particularly regarding the denizens of this place) is looking at the searches that are done from search engines that result in people visiting my site...

I don't know if Mr. D. Garwood Esq. is likely to visit this thread, but you do, you really, really, might like to update your FS9 Avro Anson to work in FSX.

The number of searches I get for "fsx avro anson" is getting silly. I also get a fair few people searching for the histories of RAFs Hixon and Halfpenny Green, but more seem to want an Anson in FSX. HELP ;)

Cheers all,

Ian P.

Hi Ian

The Anson would practically need a complete rebuild for FSX, the interior especially :-(

Hi Dave,

I had a feeling it might, but it's something you might like to keep in mind for a future project, as it does seem to be something that people (or at least people who want FSX RAF Airfields from WW2, which does narrow it down rather a lot) want.

Cheers,

Ian P.

I wonder if anyone knows of good scenery for Ascension, the Falklands and Akrotiri or anywhere in Cyprus. A search at the polular locations proved negative.
I like this flight simming, it's fun.....

I've got this Ascension I made as a test with FSEarthTiles:
