Your putting it in the wrong place you ejit!

If its saying boeing JETSET your putting Jetset in aircraft type rather than ATC Type? Unless you have some other strange addon two.
eg.
Here is my general section from the Argosy...
[General]
performance=Length: 86 ft 9 in\/ Height: 29 ft 3 in\/nSpan: 115 ft 0 in \/ Area: 1,458 sq ft\nEW \/ MTOW: 93,000 lbs\nPower: 4 Roll Royce Dart \nDesign: Rick Piper\nFSDS2.24 model: Rick Piper 09\/05\n
prop_anim_ratio=1.26
atc_type=Armstrong Whitworth
atc_model=Argosy
Category=airplane
And here is one of the repaint lists...
[fltsim.12]
title=FSDS2 AW Argosy RM
sim=AW Argosy
model=100
panel=
sound=
texture=APRM
checklists=
description=Argosy 101 series. Repaint by Dave Booker for CBFSVA
ui_manufacturer=Armstrong Whitworth
ui_type=Argosy
ui_variation=BEA Red Square APRM
visual_damage=1
atc_heavy=0
atc_id=G-APRM
atc_airline=Bealine
atc_flight_number=100
prop_anim_ratio=1.26
Its the ATC_AIRLINE bit your after for callsigns.... ATC_TYPE in the General section for the Manufacturer and ATC_MODEL for the type if that makes sense.
