This free version by George Davison has been available for some time. Maybe not as detailed as the payware jobby, but a worthwhile addon.

It was never an operational station for the RAF, but it was used by the USAAF during the war flying a mixture of fighter aircraft, including Airacobras, Lightnings, Thunderbolts, and Mustangs. It was later used to train combat crews, using "battle weary cast off aircraft from front line squadrons" There were 118 accidents resulting in the loss of 53 aircraft. 23 pilots were killed, and 7 injured.

Captain Clark Gable flew five missions from here while working on a Hollywood movie.

I had plenty of time to examine them recently. :-(

Searched high and low for traffic cones to put in but I heard they'd all gone to a Strategic Planning Convention in Cumbernauld.
