If you want people to help you are going the wrong way about it.
I shall recheck this, as I'm sure he used the Alpha one. If not, My mistake.
One recheck later: My mistake. The Ito panel was appears to have gone out but yet on the development shot of it i've got, it shows the Alpha background I think I may have put out the wrong panel...........................
I dunno how realistic you're trying to make that panel look or if it's simply WIP but the attitude indicator (DM's) is completely inappropriate as it was only ever fitted to the civvie VC10. When the RAF took the CMk1 VC10, it was without that AI ;-) Likewise, the ASI.. it's a military jet so try and fit military gauges if you can ;-) For info, the main 6 are (from L to R top row then bottom row) ASI, AI, VSI.. Alt, DG, Turn & Slip. Where you currently have the altimeter, there should be a Mach Meter so.. try and bring the ASI up on the panel a little so you can fit the altimeter below it ;-)
For further reference.. the ASI, AI and VSI on DG's Hunter (though not exactly the right ones) are more appropriate. The ASI on the Hunter is a little too modern for the Valiant.. it should look like the one fitted to Rick's Chipmouse (I kid you not)

Dave, If I'd done it, It would look MUCH WORSE than that!
It was done by UKFS's very own Dave and tbh, I dont' think either of us want to do anymore work on the b***** thing as we're fed up of it! Still, I'll pass that on.
Btw.. you stand as much chance of getting into the Valiant nose at Brooklands as Gordon Brown does of being re-elected (or in his case.. elected).. perhaps less ;-)
Guessing a gauge is one thing mate but to guess one that was only ever used on one aircraft is bad luck.. at best As I said before.. Military aircraft = Military gauges ;-) Make it look like a bit of effort has been made and folk will be more sympathetic
I believe the "V" key in FSX is for screenshots and the "C" key in Dave's case is Crap (FSX that is....not anything posted prior... )...or maybe thats Coffee...
Looking into the C key for you...
Tony
"edit" "C" is for COM Radio.....toddle pip....
The last surviving and complete Vickers Vanguard....."Superb"
Nothing more needs to be said than has already been said mate. It looks like the Alpha Valiant bitmap with DM's VC10 gauges which is exactly what it is I trust something is going to be done about the eyepoint. While you're using the VC10 cab, you might as well use the eyepoint gauge that is contained therein.
Don't take this the wrong way but it seems pointless asking for comment as all of the work visible in that screenshot is someone elses. The Alpha panel is good for what it is and how old it is. The VC10 gauges are accurate for the VC10 (not C1K or current K's) and look a treat in the VC10. Nice panel.. nice gauges.. but not together I'm afraid.
