I like that Martin. Not been to an airshow for 10 years yet this guy flies every weekend! :$

Too far up North for me I'm afraid :-(

I supose it depends on you definition of airshow.

If you mean a proper show instead of a small flying display then I went to Paris in 89 Biggin Hill in 92 and that's the only one's I've ever been to

Live five miles from Waddington as the crow flies but gone down with an awful bug so will not make it, as for other airshows such as Legends at Duxford no possibility, wife lost her temping job due to cutbacks so it's very much tighten the purse strings but hopefully next year....things may pick up. ;-)

Nigel.

The Boscome 1-11 will be there... That would be a VC10, 1-11 and a Dominie! I'm sorely tempted... just need to see if I can afford the petrol! lol

Thursday-Saturday for me, maybe longer if something goes catastrophically wrong on any of those days!

Plenty of things I'm looking forward to seeing, although most of my highlights are in the static, hence why I've opted to do the two arrivals days - Boscombe BAC 1-11, Nimrod, F-4F, several guises of the F-16, and in fact most of the foreign military jets, and perhaps a surprise addition in the form of two Soko Galebs. Haven't seen those little things since RIAT '99!

I'll be heading over that way on Saturday, taking the girlfriend to her first Airshow. Just hope she enjoys it..... :flying:

Cheers,
