Hi Guy's

Just heard from Pete and all is going well.. except for the fact that now he's using an ISP over on t'other side of the pond, he's unlucky enough to be using one that's on the 'Spam Blacklist' database which means he can read posts here and PM here but he can't post :-( Hopefully, his IP will change in a day or so but in the meantime, this is what he has to say..

Quote..
everythings trundling along tickety-boo, got another 2 hr sim session (a level 5 ftd has all the visuals but no motion, like a big fs2004 setup! )tonight, then a full motion ride at 5.00 am for three hours tomorrow,
then its back to classroom/ftd for rest of the week
Unquote..

A full-motion ride at 5.00 am :o Gads.. that's far too early for me! That said.. for a ride in a full-motion sim, I might just get up at 5:00 am ;-)

Glad it's all going well Pete. If your IP doesn't change soon and you wish to post more.. just give me a bell. I know the troops here are keen to know how you're doing

It seems the middle of the night is the favored time for Sim checks Dave

Never figured out why -- At NATCO in Minneapolis the sim building slept all day and came alive at night with anywhere up to 12 full motion sims running at any given time -- we are about to have our own sim school open here in Lost Wages with two systems trainers and a full motion MD80 -- Boy we have come along way in six years!!!!
