I downloaded an aircraft and loaded it by unzipping straight into my FS9 Aircraft folder. The Aircraft works OK on FS9.
I want to change the panel and sound but I cannot find it anywhere in the folder. Anybody had this happen and how can I find it please?

Re: Lost Aircraft
Hi Simon
A couple of points.. does the model have a 2D panel and has the author used a 'Common' folder similar to the way David Maltby does?? An obvious way to see where all the bits have gone is to unzip it again to a temp folder.. you'll then see the file structure ;-)

Re: Lost Aircraft
Hello Mate..
OK.. well in that case, find the panel and sound you want to use and just drop the folders into the new aircrafts folder then say YES to overwrite. All you'll be overwriting is the 'alias' files not those of your default 737 ;-) If they're already in use by another aircraft and you don't want to duplicate them, change the 'alias to' files on your new model to read the same path as the ones you want to use
