Tile Proxy

Does anyone know how to get a download of Tile Proxy? For the life of me I cannot get it from sourceforge. They keep asking me to create an account which I attempt to do but nothing ever happens!

I've just followed the links from Sourceforge through to here without having to create an account.

I do the same and it takes me to here - http://sourceforge.net/. Now what? I can't see any further link to Tile Proxy.

Hi,

I've just selected James' link and I get a sourceforge page which says the file is downloading, my browser stops it initially until I give it the OK, but its working for me.

I do the same and I click on the relevant link on the page you refer to but suddenly......nothing happens! :-(
