Tony,
Thanks for the reply. One of those missing is HLG, the one that crashed. On the Aircraft and routes section there is a thread I started called VA repaints. The C4 has quite a few. Somebody can correct me if I am wrong but I think most were BOAC at the start before being sold to Airlines like BMI.

G-ALHT,LHJ,LHG,LHK In colour
VP-KOI. In colour
LHK,LHY,LHG. in black and white, Overseas Airways but colour available in same markings on LHK for the latter 2.

C-4 paintkit is on Flightsim.com: c4_paint.zip

The C-4 were ex-BOAC. Most of the ones that I saw were the others in the series not mentioned by simondix since they belonged to Air Links operating out of Gatwick. Those belonging to Derby Aviation/British Midland never ventured my way.

Probably the most seen one was G-ALHJ which was parked in the BOAC maintenance area for many years.

Hi Tony,

Sorry mate, pass that note to me. If thats the case then I take full responsibilty, so feel free to hurl a torrent of insults my way anytime you like. :worried:

I was'nt aware that Jens had done that particular paintjob (Hotel Golf). Sorry for wasting your time. :$

Although the two hours work have'nt been wasted IMHO. It looks terrific! :welldone:

Thank you.

Indeed I am matey. :)

I actually thought that the BM scheme was a little darker blue than illustrated in Jens paint. I was thinking yours was nearer to the mark. Could be wrong though.

Tony,

Only 2 hours :o

It would have taken me 22 hours to get that far - what is your secret? :tab:
