Do you have other FSX AI ships steaming around? Are they all missing, or is it just Clemenceau? If they are all missing (as happened to me in the example I gave above) its likely to be AI compiled for FS2004. In my case turning other AI off had no influence, I had to route around until I found the offending FS2004 file and then actually delete it.

If its any consolation I know exactly how you feel! It can be extremely frustrating! :@

I still seem to still have all the ai ships including the Ark Royal, still steaming the straights of Gibraltar. The Ark was an add on in the same vein as the Clenenceau, so I am a little baffled. It could be that I do not have the accelleration add on? any other suggerstions gratfully recieved.

Dave, where have you put the AI BGL's from the pack?

EDIT - I've just checked and she is merrily steaming where she is supposed to be with two of the default destoyers in tow, so is very easy to spot. My guess is that you haven't put the traffic file in the ..\scenery\world\scenery folder :dunno:

I also installed v1.1 and found her sailing along no problem. I noticed the instructions don't explicitly say you need to install the BGLs that Ben mentioned, but you certainly have to.

Odd, I do not have any BGL files with the package? I will download again to see if the missing files appear?

Many thanks...this is certainly the problem.

There is a folder called AI triffic in the zip. the bgl files are in there. You can use either or , or both... or better still, create your own :dancer:

All sorted!! Brilliant! I had downloaded the wrong version without the BGL....Doh...

AI Carriers works a treat too and have her sailing just off Newquay in Cornwall. Perfect for my Fouga....

Many thanks for all the help

Dave
