Hi Guys,
My 'rights of passage' has begun with both GMAX and 3DS MAX!
Anyone know of a website with 3d drawings of aircraft, or is it a visit to the Ian Allen bookshop in London?
Thanks

Scorpius, can't help with websites but if you are considering a trip to London, make sure you visit Motorbooks near Trafalgar Square. They have an extensive aviation section.

Thanks Paul & Gary. They are very helpful.
Just been looking at the Sabre, may have a little way to go yet, just modelled my first model, an orange. Even got the colour right.

Jeez guys, what a knowledge base we have here at CBFS, aren't we lucky!

Another alternative is to ask - I've got quite a few old drawings I can easily scan.

Indeed... I wasn't aware that Ian Allen had their own bookshops. Not only that, but the London branch is not far from the Imperial War Museum, so there's a fine day out in the making. Thanks for that, Scorp !Scorpius wrote:Jeez guys, what a knowledge base we have here at CBFS, aren't we lucky!
