I'm afraid they're pricing themselves right out of business. With an already shaky economy who in their right mind is going to pay that much? Sure as hell won't be me.

Judging by the trade on the Avsim website a lot of people have bought it.

I suppose you could say "who in the right mind would find autopilot at 35,000ft fun?", but each to their own.

No matter how good the product is, thats just bonkers. Boundaries have been pushed way too far there. :@

Surprised they are doing it for FS9 as it seems the way to go is just do it for FSX and cripple the freeware market, mind you at these silly prices they will cripple themselves, god knows how you are expected to keep putting your hand in your pocket for FSX add-ons... I did once and will never again...

I was looking forward to this but I'm not really that bothered at that price.

What I'd really like to see is a "decent" DC10 panel .... with both tape and round analogue engine gauge configurations.

Having spent "a lot of time" in the jumpseat of DC10's (many moons ago) I've not yet seen any FS panel that comes close to representing what the DC10 combing should look like when viewed from that "pilots eye perspective/point of view" .... or .... have I just "MISSED SOMETHING SOMEWHERE"

Hey Mark,

OFFTOPIC I know, but did you ever get a chance to check out the CLS DC-10? To be frank I love this model, but never had an opportunity to spend alot of time in the cockpit (I've only ever mucked out VarigLOG's machines when they come into EGGW when they've brought in racehorses).
