video mode not supported!!!!

Hi guys. I've been a bit of a 'muppet'. I changed my video settings for my FS9 and it came up with 'Video mode not supported'. The daft thing is that I now can't see the setting to change them back! I have restarted several times :-(

Any ideas gratefully received

If that contained in the CFG?

If it is then letting FS9 build a new one should cure that

Well I replaced the CFG, but sadly that didn't work (thanks anyway Garry)... so I resorted to some science... then when that failed I pushed every combination of buttons possible and swore... which seems to have worked a treat!
