Strange effect

Hi all,

Been mucking around with some screenies with clear weather and have just noticed in the blue sky a 'stepped' effect - I did not get this (on plain sky) on the last machine - any one know if it's purely the graphics card in my machine?

It's quite common with edited shots. There simply isn't enough info in the screenshot file so it bands. Here's a tutorial I did.. that will get rid of it. It's an animated gif, so give it a couple of seconds to load.
