eaccessviolation ??

Hoping someone is running an Asus mobo that has AISuite.......installed this prog several times now but
for some reason it will not let me run the exe, all I get is this eaccessviolation, never seen this before.

It's not that important to run, just wanted to find out if anyone has had this issue with AISuite.
