Found it...Articles/Reviews/Freeware Focus.

I've never downloaded any of his models; the screenshots of his EE Lightning put me off a bit. Silly to judge a man's entire output on one example of his work, I know, but thats the way of it. The article says that some of this models have been modified for FSX, so maybe its time to give him a second look.
