What a huge dissapointment this is going to be for the many who bought tickets for today, even more so for the poor souls who may have well driven hundreds of miles only to find out that it has been cancelled as I would imagine not everyone would have heard the news or even thought of checking before leaving home.!!

That really is bad. It's hard to believe that they've had that much rain over the past three days (and so well timed as well)... Oh wait, it's not. We're in Britain and it's Summer...

I feel sad for all who will miss their entertainment, and even more sad for the Service charities for whom this is a major contributor. Nothing seems to be going quite right for them just at the moment

I've managed to get hold of tickets for Sunday, so I will be showing up, so long as the rain hasn't today. A couple more hours and we'll know if it's on or not.

Spare a thought also for the poor traders who are standing around twiddling their thumbs and have lost a days trade

Ironic that the wx is almost pleasant today :-(

Not best pleased! It seems I'll be going to Legends tomorrow instead, but it really doesn't make up for what was supposed to be 3 days worth of RIAT! :'(

Still, it'll be nice to see the two B-17s together, and those 'new' Spitfires!

What a great pity :-(, but looking at the pictures posted above it seems unlikley it was ever going to dry out in time.
