It has two add-on packs too, for other variants. I see that thy still have the nav stuck in the bomb aimers position at all times, that is enough to prevent me buying it! That position was only used for short periods and never at T/O and landing!
Does anyone know if this is a "proper" FSX model? The fact that it says FS2004 & FSX makes me think its actually an FS9 model which has been ported to FSX? I'd love to know.
As far as I am aware, initially it was developed for FS9, you got a sample version included with the Lancaster which was also FS9 (but the upgrade patch to FSX would be out in a few weeks :doho: ). So unless they went back to the drawing board with it...
I was under the impression this wasn't an FSX model but an FS9 one ported into FSX. I could be wrong, in fact I really do hope I am. It's only recently been advertised as FSX, it was always in development as an FS9 model and whilst Aeroplane Heaven advertise their products as working in FSX they aren't true FSX models so one images the same would be true of the Mossie.
Reading the forums the good news is that Justflight will be releasing the Captainsim C-130 from FSX, so hopefully we'll get most (if not all) of the models as with the FS9 release, but all bundled on one disk and for a damn sight less than Captainsim prices.
Well I did not have my hopes up.....so I'm not disappointed.
I'm very happy to see support for FS9 but.....judging by the screenshots I don't think justice has been done to an aircraft that shares unattainable beauty along with the Spitfire.
