Hi Ben..

Sri to hear that BL's finest has 'let go'.

Just got back after a really smashing day. This mornings run was a bit hit and miss (for various reasons I won't go into) but the afternoon run went like a dream.. all 4 firing up in good order, maintaining good temps and good numbers all round. The generators refused to run but hey-ho.. that's the norm.

The only downside was we were restricted to time slots (Prince Michael of Kent was there so there were more than normal headless chickens) and our slot just wasn't anywhere near long enough. We started the day with around 250gall each in tanks 2 and 3 (the fuel fairey appeared in the night) and after both runs, I dipped the tanks and each had about 210 left. Loads and loads and we couldn't use it :'( I felt a bit sorry for the punters to be honest and all so that HRH could keep to a schedule

Anyway.. it was great to meet up with Rick, DaveG and Tony (Techy) again and for the first time, meet Chris558

I took no shots at all today but I know the guys did and they'll be posting later

She is running again now, but need to give her a good going over and spend yet more cash. Glad to hear the day went well. Its seems I'm not destined to see EP running.

Glad to hear a few of the guys made it along. Hope Rick got plenty of shots. ;-) :worried:
