I wasn't suggesting that you personally eat my shorts mate.. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. OK.. I could make certain exceptions but you're certainly not one ;-)

Many thanks for the heads-up! Just ran over to Alphasim and purchased this little classic. This one is definitely a bare-bones add-on...1 model, 1 paint, default gauges, and default sounds. All in all still a good value (imho) for the price being asked. :) It was doubly nice to see Chris Lampard mentioned as the modeller...haven't seen his name in many moons.

Chris always did have a bigger interest in small unique GA, but way back then GA wasnt in Alphasims brochure.

Nice to see the new policy has allowed Chris to fullfill his dreams, just hope it isnt too late in the day for FS9 folks.

I'm sure the sales of FS9 only models will be watched by many to see if there is still life in the old dog for discreet small market sellers.

Best

I wish Alphasim nothing but the best concerning the GA sales. I've purchased each model and am very happy with them. Last night the wife looked at the credit card statement and asked me "What's this purchase from New Zealand?" :$ I guess my future Alphasim GA purchases will have to be more discreet. ;-)

Well Brian.. I dived in and got it too. Nice visual model, pity there's no 2D, paintkit would have been nice as would a pilot without boobs. Otherwise.. flies well and is pleasing to the eye ;-)

That fact alone has stopped me buyng it, try as I might, I can never imagine myself looking like that......bloody stupid idea IMHO! I would say so at the AS forum, but Phil would call me a 'grumbler' or words to that effect!.
