Spot on Leif...The lady with the T-shirt would be suffering from sun burnt breasts. A very common problem when white untanned breasts are over exposed to the Sun...Same applies to white untanned buttocks so you might see members of either sex strolling about in just a pair of shorts. The beach is Kampen Beach on the North Freisian island of Sylt where I had seven Armament Practice Camps during my four year tour in Germany...We called it "BareArse Beach"
The normal dress is birthday suit
