FSX - XML gauge programming help

Hi

I've got a minor issue that I've tried to solve the past few days....

Anyone here with a good insight knowledge of XML-gauge programming in FSX, that is willing to give me a small push in the right direction?

Actually I solved my headaches with a rotation of the bmp instead ;-) Nice and easy!
