Whilst gardening today, Sunday 11th at 11.40 I heard a distinctive sound approaching. knew what it was before I saw it. Got up, looked for it, obscured by a tree...any second now......there she is! - coming over AND fairly low! Modestly climbing from 01 at Benson, the Lanc! Had she took off, or done a low flypast, and why? There were no Airshows on today. May be a special flypast somehere in the vicinity, then routing home via Benson.
