Such flattery - get that man a small rum.

Or is it the "Who lifted the brick up and let that crawl out," sort of posted missing?

Hi Tony

Unfortunately have had a bad few months, last time I was going to fly on-line which was on a Saturday night the wife went down with the flu the day before, that lasted well into the following week then she gave it to me!!!! :@

Work has been very busy, been in nearly every week-end and will be right up to the end of the month. Here at home, have a list longer than two arms in outstanding duties....Gardening!! :worried:

Just grabbing a couple of hours here and there to fly so as to maintain my sanity!!

Regards Nigel.

Tom..
Not sure what's happened to him tbh. He was Operations officer for the Air Atlantique Classic Fleet and seemed to be doing a good job of turning round a big loss maker into something not so. However, I visited their website a couple of weeks ago and under the 'Who's Who' bit.. noted there was no sign of our Tom :o It may be that he's shy or that he's moved on to other things.
There was a post over at the Key Publishing forums a wee while ago stating that Tom has moved on from Air Atlantique. Whatever he's doing now, best of luck to him. CHEERS

Best wishes

Hello all!

I'm still alive and well, but there have been a few changes in the last few months. Unfortunately at the end of November I was made redundant by Air Atlantique which came as a bit of a shock as you can probably imagine! Still, a new job was quickly found with Gama Aviation (www.gamagroup.com) at Farnborough and I’m enjoying the ever challenging world of biz jets and working at the home of British aviation.

The up side of not working for Air Atlantique is that I've been able to team up with two good friends and we plan to start our own pleasure flying business down here in the South with a Classic British aircraft. We're still in the negotiating stage right now so I can't give too much away, but we also have a couple of other projects on the go and they can be seen at our website here: www.planeheritage.co.uk

So, it's all go at the moment, which doesn't really leave much time for Flight Sim, but I do still pop by the forum every now and again to see the great work being done. One day I'll upgrade my PC so I can actually use them!

Take care all,

Tom.

Hi Tom,

Sorry to learn of your redundancy from Air Atlantique though pleased to hear that you have settled in with another job and also planning a new venture.

Keep us updated on that as there may well be many from here wishing to sample some nostalgic flights.

Regards
Nigel.
