Tweek:
I set up an account with Mediamax (http://www.mediamax.com/) where you can, if you would be so kind, upload the great VC10 pix aforementioned. Then all else whom so desire can download them at their leisure :)

Account Name: MAYAGRAFIX

There is a button to upload without an account near the bottom of the Home page.

BTW: what kind of lens and camera do you use? Fantastic C/U and detail in those pix!

Ok I've uploaded 3 jpegs to that account. I presume you have control of the links?

And in those photos, I used a Canon EOS 400D, the 18-55mm kit lens, and a Canon EF 400mm F/5.6L lens.

Just for the record, here's my photos on airfighters.com:

Anything taken in 2008 was taken with that equipment.

Many many thanks for uploading those, Tweek. And to mayagrafix for arranging the hosting. They really are superb shots. If you are able to post any more, I really really like No. 6, the one where she is climbing out, and the last one where she is touching down.

All of them are quite beautiful and I'm busy emailing the link to this post to all my ex BOAC colleagues - who obviously share our love of VC10s.

Glad you like them. I'll get round to trying those other two shots tomorrow.

Sorry about the giant copyrights too, but when uploading at large sizes like that, it's better to be safe than sorry. I've tried to make them as faint as possible whilst still being effective.

Oh, and I forgot to thank mayagrafix for the use of the account.

Thanks for the large copies Tweek, superb pictures.
Unfortunately the large copyright make them unusable for wallpaper IMHO, but I understand why it's there.

This one is the most suitable for my widescreen laptop.

The copyright watermark is only visible if you look closely and is a similar colour to the aircraft. The dimensions are also suitable for the crop to 1280 x 800. Tweek, out of curiosity, how much do you charge for the copyright of a photo like this? PM me if it's sensitive information!

TBH I've never thought about pricing, seeing as it's never come up. By charging for the copyright, do you mean 'signing' over the rights to the photo, as it were, or simply allowing someone to use it in whatever manner?
