A few more West Indians

Post by V2-LCS »

Almost run out of paint, but there are a few more Caribbean liveries I wanted to add to the collection. Works in Progress, but almost complete.

VP-LAA delivered to Liat in 1969

VP-LIK delivered in 1965, but seems to have had a number of alterations in livery

and 8R-GEU, one of 2 LFDs flown by Guyana Airways.

The only Caribbean operator for which I can find nothing is Jamaica Air Services, who flew sn1593 as 6J-JFJ in '69/69. I'd love to complete the set with a repaint for JAS, does anyone out there have any more details?

Cheers
Jon

Thanks for the kind comments and for everyone's help and advice in getting me on the road to repainting, it's been fun.

With Garry's kind permission for using his original textures here's a final variation, the full Liat/Court Line Livery of the early seventies.

Once they're complete I'll be hanging up the brush. Beef Island and Melville Hall need some serious approach practice :)
