Prices for the upgrade have dropped - now £50 for the Home Premium Upgrade, which is actually cheaper than the US $130 price if my exchange math is correct.
I am sticking with XP, but for those wanting to switch to Vista, it looks like you don't need the full edition, you can just purchase the upgrade and save £££ or $$$ or €€€!
