Well.. DXTBmp will save WITH Mips by default unless you check the box off not to do so A Mip is basically a lower res copy of the original which becomes active the further away from the model you get (when the detail of full 32-bit isn't necessary). You can have more than one Mip level or, if you want to maintain high res at all distances, none at all
I don't think that's bleedthrough Jon (though I have no first hand knowledge of the 748's texture map). Looks to me like that particular part of the nacelle is sharing a texture with a bit you've painted yellow. Could be WELL wrong though :think:
Not been online for a while, just saw your note. Drop me a PM and I'll send you the files. I did a load of 748 liveries, but gave up trying to release them as Avsim kept giving me zip file errors.
Rick's 748 is still my favourite FS9 aircraft by a country mile, so much so I'm using the flight model to run a little project that's keeping me out of the pub . At least the noisy bits are British
