So picture this: My friend and I are sitting around watching Rocky IV because we have nothing better to do. So we get to the part where he's training and running through snow and whatnot, making the usual sardonic comments about what's going on because that's usually how we watch movies. So I'm just kind of sitting there strumming my guitar when it gets to the part where Dolf says "I must break you."

So he turns to me and says:



Wait for it










Or don't









You may regret it









Last chance to do something else!










"Hey, uh, if he was to give him a big bear hug right now, would that make him a Balboa constrictor?"

I gave him a perplexed look and began bashing my head against the nearest wall.

On a similar level of bad was the comment that ended with "Would that make it a Magic Johnson?"

That reminds me a bit of when we were watching live coverage of a shuttle lauch when for technical reasons the count down stopped

I said "hmm I wonder what going on there"

My wife said "Maybe they're just taking a launch break"
