It's hard to believe these have been in service for twice as long as some of the Tridents they replaced :o

This aeroplane was a real quantum leap forward in technology in both systems and performance over its predecessors. I always remember seeing the first of them at Turnhouse in the mid 80's and it was like watching the space shuttle going up compared to other jets. Never flown one inFS, and am unlikely to do so, but always admired and liked the aeroplane. BA recycling the Vanguard callsigns was a nice touch ;-)

great but something not right on the tail fin/

the white (Grey) between the upper & lower etc is too thin.

It might be correct on the 757 just looks a lot thinner than other Landors.

not looked at 757 Landor photo so don't panic.
