Chris far from me to criticise anyone who makes comments on this forum but I do find it strange that you would have liked to have experienced it a bit longer.

Yet another Chris
Allow me to me clarify, guys.
Believe me, I am no thrill/danger seeker, and I am not underestimating the fear and potential danger of these things. If I had been closer the event, or IT was closer to me, then I would be kaking myself aswell. However, the chance of anything more severe in this country is extremely unlikely (famous last words

) so I was basing my view on that.
I just think that it was very interesting to have experienced a rare, harmless natural occurance. I have always been fascinated by the paranoramal/unknown. What I felt was so brief that I half thought I imagined it. So...if it had lasted a few seconds longer, I would have had that slight uncanny sense, a surreal feeling which, might not be nice at the time, but providing no-one was hurt, would be even more interesting than it was, to look back on.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing, I know. But life is full of experiences; good/bad, it's what makes us and shapes us.
I am sorry to those who were in any fear of Wednesday's event, and I don't wish it again on anyone who felt that way. It's just me being selfish!
