Tiger Airways

Post by hinch »

I'm part of a small team producing a video for Tiger Airways introducing students to the Slingsby Firefly. Today we visited the site to discuss and look at planes. TA owns several Tiger Moth and Stampe aircraft as well as a gorgeous Bucker Jungmann.

As you probably know Staverton/Gloucester is a buzzing airport with helicopters, aerobatic, vintage, student, home built, business jets and regional aircraft zipping out and flying about in all directions, it made for an interesting but loud morning.

Interesting detail Matt :)

Have you got any other shots of the whole aeroplanes?

I've added some more =)

I took some of the Gloster Javelin that's on static display and of a Cessna Citation though these aren't any good because although they were just yards away there was a fence and I'm not very tall... so just the two for those.

We will be going back in a few weeks to film etc (I'm editing the final cut not filming but I'm there purely out of interest and client liaison) so if there are any pictures in particular anyone wishes for I may be able to provide.

for the little trip back to my roots - care to pop over to the Cross Hands in Brockworth and have a pint for me ;)

Great photos and a beautiful day for filming by the looks of things
