Vanguard and Merchantman operations.

Hi Guys,

As you have no doubt noticed, DaveB, Garry and Fraser have been hard at work giving Rick's Vanguard some fresh repaints and cockpit upgrades (see post HERE) which I have to say have transformed the old girls. We are currently amending the Vanguard and Merchantmen routes to include additional routes that we've found. The Merchantman routes have been amended already and the Vanguard routes will hopefully be updated tomorrrow. Some of the routes are specific to Invicta from Manston using Vanguards in cargo config. At the moment we do not have the facility at FlyNET to restrict Vanguards from carrying passengers so these will show passengers being carried. To avoid any other Vanguard flying these routes, they have been locked specifically to be operated only by G-AXNT and G-AZRE. At this time we can only specify one registration on a flightplan so I have split those routes 50-50 between the two aircraft. Specific aircraft will now be allocated to specific bases and are as follows :-

Hi Guys,

UDATE :

All the additional flights for the Vanguard have now been uploaded to FlyNET. We are still researching Merchantman flights from Stansted by Silver City Airways (G-AYLD) and these will be added as and when we exhaust all avenues we are following.
