Some used to think the Su-27 / Su-31 "Cobra" maneuver was the epitome of 3rd to 4th generation fighter maneuverability. That snap maneuver doesn't hold a candle to what this two-dimensional vectored-thrust fighter with fat independent horizontal stabs can do at low speed.

The Indian SU-30MKI variant of the Flanker also has thrust vectoring, 2-D allegedly upgradeable to 3-D with an engine change although I don't know if the FCS would need an upgrade. Aerodynamically the Flanker may well have the edge on the Raptor as it's not compromised by the stealth requirement. That's not to put the Raptor down, but you shouldn't assume it's got an automatic edge on the Flanker.
