You have to blame Aces (or MS?) for that cathy, I am not sure if Ted even has FSX himself.

Actually, yes, they worked fine prior to Sp1, and not at all afterward, neither, by the by do
a) the MAAM sim DC-3, B) the CLS dc-10, though there are fixes for these, and all of Pernier Aircraft designs FSX stuff, though they too, have done fixes, not just me blaming aces, but Aces not doing homework
Aces have also stated (latest issue of PC PIlot,) that future versions of Flightsim will not be backwards compatible

Re: UPDATE Request Ted's Hawker Biplanes
Not out of place in this thread I hope
Anyone want to take a bash at this - I found it while trawling

Although black and white - its fairly obvious its painted in eaarly world war 2 trainer yellow with the forward cowls and fueslage in natural aluminum
also If anyone has the bent - I have some colour drawings and B/W photos of Royal Thai Air Force Avro 504N if anyone woudl care to take a bash

Bizarre, I thought I'd posted a response to this eight hours ago.
I'm fairly sure Ted only has FS2004.
I'll have a crack at the Yellow Trainer through the week, Ted's planes are refreshingly straightforward to do. I've already done the pale blue prototype from the Earls Court Exhibition in '29, but need to ask Ted about posting it anywhere, well the RAF colours in the scheme are still basically his silver Trainer.
I haven't looked at Jens' 504N, but it may not be too difficult to knock out the Royal Thia scheme - this with the blissful ignorance of not knowing what they look like.

Re: UPDATE Request Ted's Hawker Biplanes
here are the 504N shots

The first one although obviously a drawing gives some idea of the colours
the second -- well good luck with the lettering
Techy you and Allan talk about it

Re: UPDATE Request Ted's Hawker Biplanes
While One Who Is Faster Than A Snail With Gout works on the Thai beastie thanks to Jens, I have found a picture of the 504N in Brazilian Navy service. The shot is of aircraft with floats, but I'm fairly sure they also flew with wheels. I'm puzzled by the apparent two colour roundels. The modern Brazilian Navy roundels are blue/yellow/green but these seem to be lacking the blue central spot. Any experts in matters Brazilian (other than Filonian
) out there? And No, the paint scheme does not allow that level of detailing.

One Who Is Slower etc.....
