Q1 Correct, incidentally prior to 1913 stood for 'Santos Experimental'
Q2 1/2 point for Flaps (but who?)
Q4 Correct...Neville Shute Norway; he shortened it to Neville Shute on the advice of his publisher

Q3 was the Chipmunk Mk.23 - single seat crop duster version primarily used by Fisons. Have a model of G-APOS on my shelf at home.
