Re: VC10....?
I did that Chris but its still not showing up in game.......
And with Vista it puts the file into a compatibilty file and not into simobjects.....?
I tried moving it manually but it still does not show up

Hi Tony
It should be no dofferent to any other of DM's,Ricks, DG's or Del's aircraft from here.
I can't see why you have a problem with the VC 10.....have you got others in OK?
Sorry I can't be more helpful

Tony,
I don't know how its ending up in there. Just extract the files to a temporary folder, then copy them in... easy as pie
p.s. I'm on Vista too!
p.p.s... your not trying to use the auto installer are you? Scratch that... I don't think there is one on the 10.

Re: VC10....?
Techy..
I made a 'new' folder in Simobjects called 'Aircraft' (as opposed to airplanes) and I drop all of my FS9 aircraft into there. You have to mod the fsx.cfg file to look for the new 'Aircraft' folder but that's it. Don't forget to add DMFS Shared Files folder too

Excellent! (as spoken by Monty Burns) ;-) There are times when RTFM can be thrown out of the window and you've just gotta dive in there and fiddle!
