Hi Ben

As I understand it the 146 was being developed for general release in FS.X

JM is now doing an FS.9 version which will be hosted by HJG

HJG is still an FS.9 site.

Hi Ben

I am pretty sure it is FS.9 on HJG and Jon wil host the FS.X from his own site.

The FS.9 being a special for HJG to host as he has moved over.....in theory to FS.X which is why the 9 version alone will not be on his site.

I Don't recall anything about HJG hosting the X and have only seen info to the effect that is is the 9 version only from there. :dunno:

I'm looking forward to this one as well, but if they use the version of Matthias Lieberecht's panel that's currently on FlightSim, I'll either have to change it out or find another plane. There's just too much to do before you can fly. I don't have time to digest a 160 page manual just to fly from here to the beach!

That's one reason I don't use it Tom.. the only reason I suppose. Wish he'd do a 'lite' version for those of us who prefer to hit the gas and go :-(

Cheers Tony ;-) The worst that can happen is we get a hail of abuse and a few expletives  The other side of the coin is.. would he prefer 'we'.. the great unwashed.. don't use his panel at all  We have a HUGE fleet of mostly unused 146's on the VA which remain unused (and it has to be said.. unloved) for a number of reasons. They make good money for the VA and pilots, the route structure is quite stunning and yet no one flies them. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out why. This isn't solely because of the complexity of ML's panel but that is a constituent part.

Fingers crossed and 'La La' headphones on!
