Interestingly enough the Scandia although previously made for FS98 some time ago was one of the models I had intentions on producing before I decided to stick with British aircraft though I must say there are a few of that period I'd like to see produced and who knows I may have a crackat one or two later down the line but currently I'm heavily into my next project which should be out before Christmas all being well. Concordia release date hopefully around thursday at avsim and classicbritishfiles. the usual two sites I upload to. ;-)
Re: Project Announcement - Cunliffe Owen Concordia
Wikipedia references the following books as sources for Cunliffe-Owen Concordia information.
The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Aircraft (Part Work 1982-1985). Orbis Publishing.
British Civil Aircraft since 1919 - Volume 2. London: Putnam.
I wonder if either of these might contain cockpit photos?

I have the putnam book so that rules that one out but not sure about the other one as I don't know anyone who has this and certainly haven't seen it before.
There are a few rare photographs that are included in the documentation that I guess very few people would have ever seen before and they are certainly not on the Internet......YET hmmm not sure about that one.
Leif I'm letting the forum know now I will be uploading this week and shall post the morning I'm doing it. I'll upload to classicbritishfiles first then avsim. I have to ddo this the same day because of my extremely limited Internet access.
Cheers

Chocks away, uploading now

Re: Project Announcement - Cunliffe Owen Concordia
coconc.zip now available at http://www.avsim.com (I was download #3).
To me it suggests the answer to the question, "What do you get if you cross a Viking with an Oxbox?". ;-)

The shift-E-2 key thingy should pop the toilet door open, Trev. I hope I'm not too late.
You've done a beautiful job recreating this aircraft, Pete!
She flies very well and is a treat for the eyes. You can definitely tell this was a labour/labor of love. Thanks!
