Yup,that's why this scene is NOT at Hereford.. :)
Just been looking at that screeny again, since there are no roads anywhere near that plane how did it get there ? there seems no obvious purpose for it there, did it force land there ? no evidence of ground scrape or tree damage anyone got firm ideas of what it is. A mystery ?.
Yes, thought so too and hit the PrintScreen when it passed beneath my wings. Bit dissapointed in you guys not being able to indentity this remarkable landmark ( just kidding :) ) Ok, so here is its exact location : N51* 9.47' W0* 19.28' . Couple miles west of Gatwick

Don't think so, Dave, as you can see in the 'close-up' piccie above there's evidence of bits that have come off (starboard engine ?) starboard hstab/elev. Shadow can also be seen and even scrapes ?....

Remarkable, isn't it :)

There is nothing on Google earth at that point and the fields don't match :dunno:

Perhaps that aircraft appears in other locations as part of repeated scenary?

There used to be a 747 somewhere north of Guildford passing the A3 too! I am not sure if it has made it into the Horizon stuff.
