Blimey Dave, as you suspect, that glazing is totally wrong - too much perspex. I'll post evidence later.

Best wishes

Garry..

There's nowt in Tech Support mate. All the 'thanks for a great model' blah blah blah are in the Screenshot and Cafe forums ;-)

I do hope that Rick will attack this again when he gets the Windows ver/FSDS ver/Graphic card combination sorted. Note that this is a first beta.. probably not even that really. An early working model.. with full 3D gauges ;-)

Given that everything is the right shape on the bottom shot with nothing falling off.. yes, that's RIck's Mk1  Though you see it there looking almost finished (completely finished!), there's a gallon of stuff to do and Rick's attention to detail means it's still some way off. I took a few more shots to illustrate the differences between the two Mk1's but I've no time to post them and I don't want to get Rick's back up by starting folk off on the 'Is it ready yet?' lark ;-)

Woops, I will save my pennies for the Scimitar! Look at the comparason picture with Ricks and you will see why it is not in the top drawer of Alphasim stuff. I do not like those simple and almost untextured crew mwmbers either.

No Imperator.. but you probably still have flaps that look like they're falling off! I've not checked it in FSX.. CBA really ;-)

Looked at the AS screenshots and saw the 'panel' whereupon my credit card made its excuses and left. They really have got to up their game in that regard. Its not even 'throw away and start again'-ware standard, let alone payware. :@

I'm rather looking forward to Rick's Mk1. Its an ugly bugger but then I'm no oil painting meself, so maybe we'll get to like each other. :)
