I'm going to hold off for the release of Gary Summons LHR Xtreme scenery, it should be imminent, but the Aerosoft looks excellent too. Spoiled for choice now.
Well just for interest, I have 10+FPS with 804 Traffic Aircraft showing on my TrafficTools>Explorer while I'm using a Bell Jetranger at Aerosoft's Heathrow...I am absolutely certain that I would not get that with Gary's LHR

Errr, I've just realised there isn't a fainting smilie/emotion!
Hi Peter, It's nice scenery, you'll feel like you've never retired!!!
BTW, I bet at 10fps, FSX appears to visually run smoothly - remember FS98 when you were told you had 40+fps, and it ran like a slide show!
Gary
I have no problem with 10%...especially as that is with Spot View and masses of traffic in view...In the cockpit and flying, I get more and can do anything I want without needing to reduce the traffic slider from 100%
Odd as this may seem.. the Aerosoft LHR2008 works as well as the 'cheap'n'nasty' UK2000 part4 EGLL and even on my system, is perhaps better on frames (though this is negligable). A word of caution for those with UK2000 Part4.. go into your Part4 scenery library and remove all egll.bgl's (place them in another folder for safe keeping) otherwise you may find bits shining through and this has an adverse effect on framerates (and makes it look mighty odd) Despite AS-EGLL2008 being priority 1, bits of UK2000 scenery refused to lie down and were making it look like some aircraft (Concorde in particular) had their noses buried in walkways but removing them shows a correct level of clear air ;-) One downside is that all of my BOAC VC10's have been oiked over to the BA Cargo area.. not very dignified for pax boarding the Queen of the Skies
It appears to sit very well on UKVFRPhoto/PhotoTerrain too Pity it's for LHR2008 and not 1968
