Very sad.....but hopefully he not too badly injured as the land ambulance was used.

Not good. They put on an excellent display yesterday in particularly nasty winds up at Elvington.

They are damn good,(for PTI's) I despatched them several times years ago, along with the RM Free Fall team too. It now turns out that a neighbour in Spain was one of the RM team! Small world, hopefully all will be well.

I like the (for PTI's) bit Trev :lol:

Sadly, any parachuting accident can more often than not end in tragedy so fingers crossed.. the injured parties were being 'shined on'. ;-)

Incidentally.. I was taught to parachute by the 'Eagles' in 1976 and did 6 static-line jumps (the 6th ending in a blown periphery culminating in a reserve chute landing) :o Not a lot 'a people know that :lol:
