Re: Tupolev Tu-134A v.1.0
I have the same problem Ben, (with the language, I mean).
The site header does say "For Flight Simulator 2004" however, and considering the complexity of the aircraft/systems, I doubt it would run well on FSX.
I'll keep an eye out in the Russian forums though (BabelFish does a terrible job).
Let you know.

Hi Calypso
Thanks for the HU!
The model also comes with a new panel (you have the choice of 2), an aircraft loader and a flight analyser both in English.
Three navigation systems complement it: VOR and ADF radio nav, RSBN (russian equivalent to VOR for use in the CIS countries via special scenery) and NAS-1 (Autonomous Navigation System, the predecessor to INS).
Soft landings!

Re: Tupolev Tu-134A v.1.0
Thanks Ricardo.
Have you tried the new panel (panel 2) on the Aeroflot version?
I had a quick 20 min flight and found that unlike the other panel I'm used to, there in no auto-throttle in this one.
Also I was unable to set the autopilot on heading hold. It works with localizer and glide slope capture though.
Probably doing something wrong here.

Hi John
I've found the same as you! And there's no NAV2 radio on panel 2. The one on the co-pilot is a repeater of the NAV1 found on the pilots.
Just a reminder for everyone that support in English can be found on the Project TU Forum here: http://www.protu-154.com/forum/index.php

Hello fellow Russian heavy metal fans! Thanks for the heads up on this one, downloaded but not yet had a chance to fly her yet.
BTW, have either of you had a look over at Samdim recently? He is talking about a version 3 of the AN-24, screenshots there of seven models including (at long last) an AN-32!! :yipeee:

Yes thank you Andy.
Been up a while now. The key word with Samdim is patience.
Updates are rare but well worth the wait.
