BBC2 7pm tonight.BBMF 50th anniversary program according to one newspaper.TV magazine mentions other content.Might be worth a look.ATB EricT :smile:
Now at the age where I know I like girls but can't remember why!

Thanks for that Eric, I had missed it.

Had a quick look at the guide last night and told myself there was nothing worth watching tonight. :redface:

I watched the programme (recorded it on DVD) and found it very enjoyable viewing but TOO short.

I didn't know it was on..

...I'd been watching something earlier, luckily on the same channel and had dozed off (talk about senior moments :roll: ) It's amazing what effect the sound of Merlins has on the unconconscious brain..I was instantly awake and didn't miss much..

..and yes, the programme was way too short :wink:

I was quite taken by the comments of a fast jet pilot with a few thousand hours under his belt after his flights in the Spit and Hurricane..the noise and vibration, etc, that back in 1940 19-year-olds were doing that every day......
