Steve,

Those T.4 looks superb! Do the new model have a VC?

Interesting to hear about the Rhodesian connection as well. I did several RRAF and RhAF paints for the old Bill Holker model.

Here is a shot of an early RRAF B.2 I painted with the help of Steve's superb master metal textures.
I hope you do not consider this a hijacking of your topic... (and I can remove the pic if you want)

Hello Jens,

very good to hear from you, and please feel free to contribute anytime - it's not thread hijacking at all! I love to hear about anything Canberra-related, and I do remember your RRAF textures from a couple of years ago well. They were very nice indeed, and that's a great shot you attached. I'm looking forward to doing a couple myself now I have some more reference material for them, an I believe Paul may have modelled some B.2 variants that feature mods closer to the RRAF types. We'll see.

I will certainly release a paintkit for those interested like yourself after Paul does the release.

Cheers,

Steve

Nice to see you again Jens-Ole,
I have all your repaints of the Canberras and Hunters in RRAF colours. I would love to have them on my website as images if I may?
It would look nice in my Rhodesian section.

Consider yourself top of the list, Andy, my old Cranberry consort  Bear in mind I've only done the T.4 and T.22 so far but that'll keep you going for a while, especially the latter, as I doubt I'll do any more of them for a while.

I have got my hands on the book "Canberra - In Southern African Service", which cover the SAAF and Rhodesian Canberras (with a lot of pics) and let me know if you need any information or pics for reference.

Hi Jens,

Love the pics. I also noticed in later shots you show some camo versions parked with others taxying - adding traffic like this has always been a goal of mine but caused me a lot of grief - any chance you could email me the modified files you use to achieve this? I'm sure with a little inspection I could modify yours to generate Canberra traffic at RAF Wyton (EGUY) that I've been after for a while.

Cheers,

Steve

Hi,

I'm using FABL down in SA as a stand in for a Rhodesian AF base and I have made ai traffic with Hunters, Canberras, C-47 and Air Rhodesia Viscounts.
Bill Holker made a dedicated AI canberra which I'm using (easy on frame rate).

Are you still using the same email as when you sent the master textures?

Regards
Jens-Ole
