Flying Legends pics

Post by Tom Everitt AFG »

Just a small selection from today.

I Haven't taken photos at an airshow for a while, as there hasn't really been much new to see in recent times, however Legends always brings out a few items worth seeing!

I've never found Duxford an easy place for photography, it's a shame the crowdline isn't on the Southside of the field.

Lovely shots Tom.

I like the shot of the Mitchell best - a real close-up!

Hi Tom..
Yes, I agree with that!! Joe Public always has the sun (when there is some) in his eyes and the aircraft are in sillouette(sp) most of the time  Forecast is good for today so I'm not taking my wetsuit or snorkel  Taking the digicam instead, a challenge in itself as I can't remember how to use it! :worried:

Great photos there, Tom!

I was there yesterday, and will be up on the back road today. Had some quick lessons on airshow photography from a friend ( aperture settings, shutter speeds and whatnot )...and they all turned out under exposed! :curse:

Weather looks perfect from where I am sitting right now.

Not a bad selection there Tom. The Mew Gull is as beautiful as ever, and that Dakota looks lovely having seen in on a few other forums...
