I get the feeling guys (not that you'd not realised this already) that Vegas was actually refering to Airline operators and if not, that's the inference I took too
I'm pretty sure the BAS paint is available for this model anyway so he can bolt it on whenever he see's fit

I'm not ignoring you.....been to the pub
Vegas was referring to Manchester meaning airlines.
The BAS is not really British in the way we mean it here.
Otherwise you could have class Cathay Pacific as British up until 1997.
The BAS is a survey support aircraft and doesn't in Britain even if it does appear in the UK off season.

A lot of people did Garry. Certainly the financial press used to consider it a British carrier. But I understand what you mean.Garry Russell wrote:Otherwise you could have class Cathay Pacific as British up until 1997.
Pete, looks like somebody needs to bone up on their aircraft registration codes. :tab:

Well it seemed straight forward to me Eddie
Four that I can think of then....well three really....or perhaps two
BA was Brymon
London City was Eurocity Express
BMA....which took over LCA it was owned by them from the start.
But four in effect.
It was a very expensive to maintain specialist type so it was only ever going to have limited use.
